CURRENT JOB OPENINGS:

Pipeline Operations Lead

Work location:  Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure safe execution of required activities associated with the operations and maintenance of the Sakhalin-1 pipeline system
• Implement improvement opportunities to gain efficiency and cost effectiveness of pipeline operations
• Routine interface with programmatics and facility engineers to monitor performance and review and execute all programs related to pipelines
• Assist in regulatory inspection process including the resolution of any issues identified
• Stewardship of pipeline budget including optimization of programs- allocations, chemical usage, etc.

Requirements:

• Citizen of Russian Federation
• Good English verbal and written skills preferred
• Master's degree or higher education a strong preference
• Five (5) or more years' experience in oil and gas operations or maintenance experience including pipeline operations and/or maintenance
