Exxon Neftegas Limited is committed to contracting as many Russian companies as possible. While striving to maximize Russian content, however, we give preference to vendors that are able to support our objectives, including safety and health, environmental compliance, quality, maximizing profitability and achieving scheduled completion.
For major Sakhalin-1 tenders, Exxon Neftegas Limited typically uses a certain contractor selection process.
We award contracts to the qualified companies on a competitive bid basis, which allows us to get the best technical solution and cost.
We have a database used to identify possible suppliers, contractors and subcontractors. Additional companies are welcome to register.
